• Parents co-operation with the school is very essential. The school therefore invites the parents or guardians to extend their wholehearted co-operation by way visiting the school periodically and keeping contact with the teachers and school authorities.
  • Parents and guardians are earnestly requested to enforce punctuality and discipline to see that their children prepare their home lessons regularly and devote at least two to three hours to study at home.
  • Parents, guardians or any visitors are not allowed to see the students or interview the teacher during the school hours without the permission of the Headmistress. They are strictly prohibited to go to the class rooms or the staff rooms during the school hours. They should meet the teachers during lunch break or after the school.
  • Parents are requested to the make any complaint directly to the school authorities, not to the teachers.
  • Except for parents, brothers or sisters no outsiders are permitted in the school compound.
  • Parents are responsible for the behaviors of those who come to leave their children to school or take them home or bring them lunch. Any noticed or reported misbehavior of such persons may mean disciplinary action against the students concerned.
  • Parents should instruct those come to leave their children to school or take them home that they should leave them up to the school building and pick them up from the school building.
  • Parents themselves should come and meet the Headmistress or teachers. The Headmistress and teachers will deal only with parent and not with any other relatives or employees.
  • Parents of students of lower classes should meet the class teachers at least once a month.
  • Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. No tuitions may be taken from the teacher who teaches the pupils own class.
  • To prevent their children from being inconvenienced, parents are requested to note that the following students will have ti be sent home, the school disclaiming all responsibility.
  • 1) Those who do not bring back in time duly signed test or report card, teacher’s remark etc.
  • 2) Those who come without proper school uniform or whose appearance is slovenly.
  • 3) Those suffering from a disease at contagious or infectious stage. similar action may be taken if a student does not do his/her homework  rather often, if he/she frequently neglects an entry in the absence.
  • Record for the day of unauthorized absence.
